SENSOR INTEGRATION

MSM-20S

MSM-20S consolidates everything the platform can sense — imaging and thermal heads, laser ranging, inertial units, drive encoders, weather and acoustic sensors — into a single managed environment of up to twenty nodes. Integrators work against one stable interface instead of twenty vendor-specific ones, and every reading arrives stamped against a shared clock. That shared clock is what makes everything downstream trustworthy. Fusion, correction and post-incident review are only as good as the alignment underneath them, and MSM-20S guarantees it node by node.

AI ANALYTICS

VAI-Unlim

VAI-Unlim removes the channel count from the conversation. One server takes as many video streams as the deployment needs, decodes them in parallel and runs GPU-accelerated analytics on all of them at once — detection, classification and tracking across daylight and thermal feeds simultaneously. For the person on console, the benefit is practical rather than theoretical. Analytics surface what deserves attention on a screen no human can watch indefinitely, and automatic tracking keeps a designated object locked while both it and the platform are moving. Everything is recorded at full rate with latency low enough that live and recorded views stay usable side by side.

REAL-TIME CONTROL

RTCore-1000Hz

Precision on a moving platform is a scheduling problem. RTCore-1000Hz solves it by executing the full control loop one thousand times per second with a latency ceiling that holds on every cycle — not an average that occasionally slips. Within each cycle the core samples platform motion, calculates the correction and drives both axes, which is what keeps the line of sight where the operator put it while the vehicle works its way across rough terrain. The same predictability delivers repeatable geometry, fine manual tracking at very low rates and fast slew to a cued bearing — the figures acceptance testing puts a number on.

The system features hard real-time execution at 1000 Hz with a guaranteed worst-case execution time, enabling direct, ultra-low-latency sampling of drives, encoders, and inertial sensors. It provides cycle-accurate synchronization for optimal stabilization and positioning, perfectly sized for embedded hardware operating under strict power and thermal budgets. Furthermore, control loops are completely isolated from non-critical workloads to deliver reliable, closed-loop drive control across both vertical and horizontal axes.

OPERATOR ASSURANCE

SCRF-EM

Long shifts, several feeds and a platform whose state never stops changing — that is the environment a single operator works in. SCRF-EM adds a checking layer between the console and the machinery. Each command is compared against what the platform is doing at that instant, and only then does it become motion.

In normal operation nobody notices it. Commands that fit the current state go through with no perceptible delay. Commands that do not — a movement past a configured limit, an action outside the selected mode, a step taken early — are held with a short, readable explanation on screen. The decision stays with the operator; what changes is that they no longer have to carry every constraint in memory.

The module also watches the system itself, so power interruptions, lost sensors and software faults resolve into defined safe states instead of undefined ones — and everything it holds or detects is logged for review and for acceptance testing.
